From that moment forward, they became legally obligated to file and pay a federal income tax, as required of all statutory taxpayers.

FLG’s Revocation of Election affidavit revokes this election, restoring the individual to the protections of the Constitution and to their birthright status as a non-taxpayer, ensuring they are no longer subject to the federal income tax laws or IRS enforcement actions.
