Freedom Law Group (FLG) – A Private Member Association

Member Agreement

Freedom Law Group (FLG) is not a corporation, LLC, or similar entity. It is a Private Member Association (PMA), a lawful organization formed by people who unite for shared purposes, including private interactions, education, and activities. FLG is not open to the public and is available only to private members. You must agree to the terms of this Member Agreement to become a member of FLG and/or to access its resources, services, and educational materials.

By joining FLG, a Private Member Association, and/or accessing any website, resource, or platform maintained by FLG, I willingly agree to the following principles, terms, and conditions:

1. Shared Purpose: I understand that FLG is a community committed to education, freedom, and the restoration of constitutional principles, with an emphasis on empowering members to make informed decisions regarding their rights, responsibilities, and liberties.

2. Inherent Rights: I acknowledge that as members, we hold unalienable rights, including freedom of thought, speech, self-governance, and the right to privacy, all of which are protected by natural law, the Bible, and the Constitution.

3. Private Domain: I agree to join FLG under common law and acknowledge that I am voluntarily shifting my capacity from a public person to that of a private member. I affirm that the activities of FLG and its members are private matters, protected from external interference. I further agree that if I encounter any matter I find problematic, I will resolve it internally within the Association.

4. Freedom of Association: I exercise my right to associate with other members of FLG who share counsel, advice, and resources rooted in law, faith, truth, and expertise on various matters.

5. Mutual Support: I commit to supporting and assisting fellow members in accordance with the principles and focus of FLG.

6. Voluntary Contributions: I understand that voluntary contributions are required to access certain educational courses, services, and resources within FLG.

7. Not Tax-Deductible: I acknowledge that contributions to FLG are voluntary and not tax-deductible. I agree not to attempt to claim these contributions as tax write-offs.

8. Full Responsibility: I agree to take full responsibility for the use of FLG’s website and any resources shared within the Association. I acknowledge that I am responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and applicability of any information provided. FLG, its founders, and members make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content or materials offered.

9. No Legal, Financial or Tax Advice: I understand that while FLG provides educational information, it does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Members are encouraged to consult qualified professionals when needed.

10. Disputes and Legal Action: I agree to handle any disputes internally and will not pursue external legal action against FLG, its founders, or members unless there is clear and present danger of substantive harm. All disputes will be resolved through FLG’s internal representatives, committees, or designated tribunals. I waive any right to external recourse to protect the collective interests of FLG and its members.

11. Agents of the Government: I affirm that I am not acting as an agent or representative of any Local, State, or Federal agency tasked with regulation, investigation, entrapment, or enforcement activities.

12. Media Practitioners: I acknowledge that if I am involved in media or journalism, I will not use my membership to report, disclose, or share private FLG experiences or information.

13. Withdrawal or Termination: I retain the right to withdraw from FLG at any time. I also understand that my membership may be terminated if my behavior is abusive, harassing, disruptive, or contrary to the values and purposes of FLG.

14. Promotion and External Links: I agree not to promote or sell products, services, or external links while participating in FLG’s platforms or groups.

15. Communication Consent: I consent to receiving emails, calls, and text communications from FLG. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time.

16. Contributions and Refunds: I acknowledge that all contributions to FLG are voluntary and non-refundable. I further understand that disputing or reversing contributions will immediately terminate my membership.

17. Account Sharing: I understand that sharing login credentials with non-members is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy may result in permanent removal from FLG.

18. Use of Materials: I agree to use FLG’s educational resources, documents, and tools for informational purposes only. I assume full responsibility for how I use or share these materials. FLG, its founders, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any misuse or unintended outcomes.

19. Private Nature of Membership: I affirm that FLG operates outside the public domain. All member interactions, materials, and activities are private matters protected from external interference, regulation, or oversight.

By downloading any document from FLG, I agree to the following:

All content, documents, and resources provided by Freedom Law Group are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

I assume full responsibility for the use of any materials provided and agree to verify their accuracy, applicability, and completeness. FLG, its founders, or its members make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or outcomes of the information.

In no event shall FLG, its founders, members, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential  damages arising from the use or misuse of any resources. I agree to indemnify and hold FLG harmless from any claims or disputes arising from my actions.
